I have a new loooove for the beach. Kris and have been to Mexico many times but going with your family just makes it that more special. I know Kaiden enjoyed the beach, and we were so proud that he went in the water!!! When we went to Galveston last year he wouldn't even touch the water. Karson enjoyed eating fist fulls of sand, and I was changing sandy diapers all week. The best part was that Karson learned to walk(one week after his first birthday)!!!! Kaiden and I Really enjoyed shell hunting and we had a great shell craft day when we got back. We had a great trip and I couldn't have asked for a better trip to Florida.

Karson's Birthday

We all had a great time at Karson's birthday. I was a little sad to see his first year end, but I have a LOT to look forward to and I just thank God for my family everyday. Karson had a Monkey luau and of course I went with my motto as usual "More is More." I can't help it I have a vision down to simple details, and this time it all came together great. The best part was that my Mom and Dad both were able to make it and It just made for a great time. Kaiden's first birthday was so memorable and I will forever charish the memories of Karson's party was well.

The Salt Lick

On the way home from Wimberley we stopped at the Salt Lick. I don't know it was good, but I think I'm partial to Country Tavern now.

Austin trip/Erick's Wedding

So we traveled 5 hours with 5 cakes, my plan was to ice and decorate at my step brothers house when we arrived in Austin. Things didn't run as smoothly as I would have liked, but in the end the wedding was beautiful and the cakes turned out great. Kaiden started out really cranky, you will see he ended up having a great time. He loved Erick's reggae bank and had soooo much fun playing the tambourine. Karson was better than I expected he would be his bed time is 7:30 and the wedding was at 6:30, but he was a trooper and eventually ended up falling asleep on my lap. It was a beautiful wedding at the Chapel Dulcinea in Dripping Springs.
