Birthday

I got to spend my birthday with my Mom and the boys we had a great day getting my hair done and of course going to eat at Mambos:) I really enjoyed my time with my Mom it's not often that we can just hang out together.
The next day Dad and Nancy made a special birthday dinner. It was sooo good and we had a really great time together. Nancy can make a mean lobster.

TRIP TO HOUSTON



Ron and I had the best time in Houston. We wanted to be able to spend some time with my mom and especially my dad since he will be going on assignment to Germany for 2 months. I can't believe that by the time he gets back Karson will be walking and Emma Reese will have been born. We miss him already.




Rodeo

Rodeo this year was a blast!! This is the 2nd year we've all gone together to take the kids to the stock show and carnival. The kids loved it! Things got a little hairy when Kaiden got in his little mood, but overall it was a really memorable day. Karson looooooved being strolled around and barely made a peep the whole time. Grandpa bought Kaiden his first cowboy belt and he was one proud cowboy.

Fishing

Grandpa can't see his grand kids without taking them fishing. The park that I grew up at Meyer Park has a great stocked pond with a beautiful trail leading to it. Karson really enjoyed the swings. Of course we didn't catch anything(I'm bad fishing luck.)

Ron's Baby Shower

Ron is about a month away from having Emma Reese, she is due on the 9th of May and we are all very excited to meet her. I can't wait to see if she looks like Zoe or if she'll have the same outgoing personality. Ron is doing great and juggling school, pregnancy, and Zoe. I am so proud of her and I know everything will turn out fine.
Ron's school had a beautiful shower for her and I was so amazed how everything was so well put together. It was a ladybug theme and even the punch was red with black floating ice (genius!). I loved making my first baby rump cake and first diaper cake. (More pictures of the shower to come)

Kite Flying

It was the windiest day ever!!! After spending an hour and 1/2 planting my topsy turvy flower pots,the wind blew the whole thing over and 4 of the 5 pots were destroyed. On a good note we had so much fun flying Kaiden's Spiderman kite.

What's New

Mimi bought Kaiden this lion shirt that roars, he has worn it 4 times this week. I have been washing it all week and when I went to check on him in his room he had taken it out of closet and put it on himself.

We had a great time this past weekend at Kari and Sean's house.

Kaiden does not like Karson to go into his room and "mess up" his things. This is what he did to prevent him from going into his room:)

The Boys

Karson was running a fever for two days, but he is back to himself. He loves to play with his toys and watch Moose E. Moose.
